Enrico Tiberi is an Italian music producer based in Berlin.
His production under the moniker nrec has expanded over the years through discography and collaborations with several artists.
His musical research has been spanning from experimental vocal music to synthetic electronica, embracing any musical spaces that allow freedom of expression detached from specific labels, and aiming at exploring the inner fauna of humankind through the lens of equality, dignifying the darker, the atypical, unspoken, soul-stirring primal friction that radiates from within us. Hence, the use of masks, hoods, mirrors, veils, and face paint for his performances. These elements turn the (non-)show into not just a performance, but a ritual, where the listener is called to a deeper connection.

He is presenting his new album FAILURE, in collaboration with K.Lust.

Failure is an essential step for inner growth and consciousness.
Not a sin, nor should it be a shame. It is part of an eternal struggle which can and should bring humans together: a moment to face one’s fears and gather the strength to move on while we are on the chaotic paths and patterns of our deeds.
“Failure” is a collaborative album by Nrec & K.Lust – composed and produced between Civitanova Marche and Battipaglia (Italy) and Berlin (Germany) in a timespan of 4 years – with the experimental approach of bouncing tracks back and forth with no boundaries and set rules.
